Everything is nice, I enjoyed it. The staff are affable, the breakfast is very good. The services are very good, including a clean pool. Parking is not an issue, as it's outside.

A really great time on my vacation here. the people working here were super friendly and helpful 😊.

all in all everything was nice, had a very very good stay on vacation. extremely friendly and very helpful staff gave advice on things to do. enjoyed the way our newly renovated and good sized suite with breakfast was. the location comparable to the other three star properties in the area was exceptionally nice and best possible.

The pub could have longer hours

The rooms were clean and new, with functional air conditioning and a balcony.

It was clean. Staff was friendly and having a restaurant on the premises was bonus.

Booked through Booked.net was given a price of 115.00 for the night then when I checked it the slip said 138.00 for the night but when it cleared my bank got charged 152.00. Not happy about that. Pillows were not to comfy

The people were very nice and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The breakfast buffets. It was the same all three days we stayed there and food was cold.

The hotel is in an excellent location near the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, shops, beaches in Falmouth, and parking. the rooms are perfect and on par with other three-star properties in the area.

Length of time to wait for a taxi Had to phone a second company I would have thought Holiday Inn would have terms with a local firm to ensure a quick service.

The room and bath were big, confortable and clean. I only tried the breakfast once, but it was good and tasty. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped me in any problem that I had.

The corredor was long, complicated and not very nice looking. It is a little bit far from the city center. It's ok during the day, but at night the way is very dark.

Convenient 📍 location, being as good as other 3-star places nearby.

The location was great and comfy - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Booked a room with breakfast. Excellent service was provided here.

This spotless place was centrally located in a quiet residential area, my queen room even came with breakfast, all for a bargain at £63.

The location was nice and best possible, at walking distance from Island Queen Ferry. The room was newly remodelled and great-sized with working ac, a balcony plus 2 large double beds and the breakfast was very good.
